|
The Administration recommends no change from the current annual level of assessment and thus establishes a Preliminary Stormwater Fund non ad-valorem assessment rate (current residential equivalent unit rate = $40.00 yr. or about $3.33 mo.). Stormwater assessments provide funding for maintenance of City Stormwater runoff services as well as infrastructure maintenance and improvements. Establishes that this annual assessment rate will be noticed to property owners using the County TRIM notice and that the Final Public Hearing on this rate will be held at City Hall on Monday September 15, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. |

Fiscal Impact/Cost Summary |
|
Provides funding for costs of City’s annual Stormwater services that provide maintenance and infrastructure improvements for stormwater runoff. Gross collections are forecast at $2,054,407 resulting in an estimated annual revenue of $1,951,687 after an estimated provision of 5% that will ultimately be unrealizable and uncollected. |
